Open homes are a popular solution with both sellers and buyers, as they mean a number of potential buyers can view a property in a limited time frame, usually between 30 to 60 minutes. Open homes reduce the issues of having multiple potential buyer appointments on different days. Open homes are hosted by a licensed Sales Person under the REAA 2008. The sales person will keep a record of everyone that attends an open home and follow them up to gauge their interest and feedback on the viewed property.
